Introducing the ProCheck
from HELLAFAR GOLF

The first-ever handheld compression measurement tool for golf balls.

Know and Buy your golf balls based on their performance level, rather than just appearance.

Compression Matters.

Golf Ball Compression is referred to the measure of how much a ball will deform upon impact. It is measured on a scale of 30 to 120, with 30 being the softest and 120 being the hardest. Lower compression balls are softer and deform more upon impact, while higher compression balls are harder and deform less. The variables of your golf game such as swing speed and club head speed can very accurately determine which type of golf ball you should be playing.

Harder golf balls with higher compression ratings are meant for faster swinging golfer's because they need a golf ball that compresses in-line with the speed of their swing. Slower swingers tend to gravitate towards softer golf balls because the ball compresses more and jumps off the clubface with less speed needed.

Why do I need a ProCheck?

A reason for every golfer!

01

Found a ball out on the course?

There has never been a measurable way to tell if the ball you just found deep out-of-bounds on hole 8 is still good, until now. The ProCheck goes past the eye-test and can accurately measure the compression rating of the golf ball in seconds. That ball you found may still look playable, but it's probable that the density of its core has been altered from the environment it was in.

03

Golfer's who play Used/Refurbished Golf Balls!

Golfer's who purchase and play refurbished golf balls, never know where that ball has been before they bought it. The salesman probably cleaned them and now is selling them as "new", but that golf ball could have been sitting in a pond for the past two-weeks and softened up. With a ProCheck handy, you have the ability to test every ball and actually see if you got your money's worth.

02

Golfer's who play New Golf Balls!

For a player who puts their trust into big-name-brands and cracks open a fresh sleeve every time they tee-off, there is something you should know. Every brand who sells a product at large doesn't have enough time to test every item. In this case, it is common that golf balls vary in compression rating due to a small percentage of the batch actually being tested. With the ProCheck, you can feel confident that the ball you're playing is true to what that brand says it is.

04

Used Golf Ball Salesmen!

The ProCheck is the perfect tool for any used/refurbished golf ball salesman. Instead of selling balls solely based on their appearance, you now have the ability to sell balls with accurate compression measurements.  While presenting new tiers of compression classification rather than just appearance, the salesman can open up a higher price range for "ProCheck Certified" balls, and the golfer is presented with information that's necessary for their purchase, a win-win for both the golfer and the salesman.

Don't see your ball?

If the ball you just tested isn't in the Database, good chances are we haven't gotten around to testing it yet. Please leave the brand, model, condition and compression test result for the ball that was tested and we will work on adding it to the Database.
